Vargas returns March 26!

It is now confirmed. Rolando Arellano, Fernando Vargas' manager, told *********.com that the former two-time world champion "El Feroz" Fernando Vargas will return on March 26th, 2005. The bout will take place in Corpus Christi, TX at the American Bank Center. Possible opponents include former WBO middleweight champion Lonnie Bradley. This will be Vargas' first fight since his technical knockout victory over Tony Marshall in Arizona in December 2004. HBO will televise.

its good that vargas is comin back but i dont know if he will be the same fighter he once was. i heard hes gonna be coming back at 160lbs too so there could be some interesting fights in that division next year.

I think Vargas may have it in him for a good fight. He does try, he is not a quitter. As I fighter, I respect him. I could care less about his outside games. He needs to stay away from Tito, I think he knows that too. He is still young enough to improve, he needs a good trainer, Freddie Roach or buddy McGuirt.... Who is his trainer?

From what i have heard Vargas is down to like 170 and looking better than ever. i think he has gotten those losses behind him and learned how to cut weight and will be better than ever. i no a lot of people are counting him out but i expect him to shock alot of people.
