Hi! I have a 15yr old girl boxer who needs a good diet plan. Shes a junk food eater, but she has successfully held her weight at 117 (she is 4'11"). Shes still a beginnner so if someone can help me form a plan that would be aweseom!!!

She's 4'11 at 117, she needs to be at 105 or less, just have her lay off the fast food, and junk food and drink lots of water and home cooked meals..she's still young and her metabolism should be on fire right now. that with rigorous boxing training and she'll be ok
oatmeal, chicken, tuna (most fish is good), etc.

Thank you! I will see if can develope a plan that works. you know high school students are, they would rather eat out than eat mom sends with them. haha. Thanks again!
