I need to get back in shape soon...need to lose about 15 lbs.

Any good suggestions...besides watching what to eat?

drink lots of water before and after you eat

cut back on stuff

stay away from white breads saturated fat

and workout

Break up what you eat into small meals (about 4 or 5) throughout the day and drink lots of water.

Probably cut what you are eating down to fruit and vegetables, try to run alot, and jumping rope helps too, plus it will help with footwork

I thought I would jump in on this thread as I am in the same situation. However, I need to lose more than 15 pounds.

Can someone provide a sample of what they eat through out the whole day?

OK I have a second question too. Would boxing with a herniated disk be potentially dangerous? And if so, what's the worst that could happpen? Thx!

eat more furits and vegetables. eat less rice and white breads. More unprcessed stuff and STAY AWAY FROM THE SODAS - THEY'LL KILL YOU!!!

go in a hott room an workout in there....run alot...jump rope...up downs..should do the trick

eat anything you want but count the calories so its only 1000 a day. It might seem like a little but u might be surprised how many it is. add a little excersize 3 days a week and ur basically guaranteed to loose 15lbs in a month!
