skipping = skipping with a jump rope
floor to ceiling ball = a small inflated punching ball, connected to the floor and ceiling by rubber cords.

Skipping = jump over a skipping rope. (dont ask me what a skipping rope is).

Floorwork = doing press ups and various exercises. Often using mat.

Floor the ceiling? = Im guessing you mean floor-ceiling bag, which is like a basketball or soccer ball (football) connected to 2 tense strings which stretch between the floor and the ceiling. When you punch it the tensity means that it swings quickly.
