Ok here's the deal I'm a fat guy 6'3 350lb i want to lose 100lbs in about a year
need to know what do I need to Eat how often and what exercises i need to do
i used to play Offensive Line In College so I'm no stranger to Hardwork I'm just programmed to Bulk and eat I want to make a lifestyle change to Leaness.

first of all, no point in working hard if your going to eat ****. no fried foods, no saturated fats, no processed meals aka microwavable ****. cut down your meat consumption to chicken, tuna and eggs. turkey also has a lot of protein.
gradually reduce meals portions. have bigger breakfasts, eat nothing but fruit after 6pm, if you have to eat, eat tuna.
first detox your body. green tea supplements or green tea, about 4 cups a day, dont do more than 8 or it'll actually poison you. flush all the toxins from your body. including sugar. blueberrys are good for this. then start eating with fruit/veg/meat with no seasoning/seafood
then skipping, rowing machines, running up hills with speed intervals should do the trick. you dont lose weight if your not out of breath. i would leave the weight machines. get a good pair of running shoes
