Jack3d 06-02-2011, 12:13 PM Cleans, Deadlifts, Glute Ham Raise, Row, maybe front Squats if you want to switch things up. Also for a boxer I'd do Box Squats. They are bit easier to learn and for an athlete they are better anyway |
