WBC- Peter was ranked no.3, so I would guess Wlad occupies no.3 rank

WBA- Samuel Peter is ranked no.4 and Williamson is no.3, Wlad should be prepelled into the no.3 ranked position since Williamson is fighting for the WBA

IBF- No. 1 Ranking

WBO- No. 1 Ranking

Lets recap those rankings again

WBC- no. 3
WBA- no. 3
IBF- no. 1
WBO- no. 1

Wlad would make my day if he took on John Ruiz and ended his career, than unified against Brewster, and left Byrd for his brother.

Like I said threads ago...I would have to cheer for Ruiz against my will if he were to face McBride...but on the other end I would have to cheer for Wlad as much as I would not like to if he fought Ruiz...Better Ruiz goes than Wlad though.

Wait a minute. Isint TOS fighting for the IBF belt against Byrd?

I also realize it was a title eliminator but how does Wlad get the #1 spot in IBF if TOS is challenging Byrd for the Belt?

....Don't be surprised to see some shady **** happen with the number 1 IBF and WBO ranking Wlad is supposed to have now. When King is involved then anything is possible. Watch for some strange ruling that keeps him out of his rightful spot.

You know what im most surprised about is that the WBC doesnt even have Wlad in there top 40, just because Wlad is fighting for an IBF eliminator.

Updated Boxrec Top 15 heavyweights.

1 Chris Byrd

2 John Ruiz

3 Wladimir Klitschko

4 Hasim Rahman

5 Vitali Klitschko

6 James Toney

7 Luan Krasniqi

8 Samuel Peter

9 Calvin Brock

10 Jameel McCline

11 Lamon Brewster

12 Kirk Johnson

13 Matt Skelton

14 Sinan Samil Sam

15 DaVarryl Williamson

I realize I am not supposed to rely on Boxrec for rankings....considering they use a strange mathematical equation to compute them.

But that has to be THE WORST ****ing list I have ever seen.

Krasniqui and Skelton better than TOS? Bull ****ing ****.

I'll re arrange that bull**** now.

1. Wladimir Klitschko
2. Lamon Brewster
3. Vitali Klitschko
4. Samuel Peter
5. Chris Byrd
6. Davarryl Williamson
7. James Toney
8. Calvin Brock
9. Kirk Johnson
10. Jameel Mcline
11. Hasim Rahman
12. Sinan Samil Sam
13. Matt Skelton
14. John Ruiz
15. Luan Krasniqui

That is a whole lot better. That is also how I believe the heavyweight division is stacked right now.

Based on competition faced, recent fights, and overall assessment of fighters in general.
