margarito vs. cintron will be a good fight indeed, but since u where showing us the link i thought a fight between him and margarito was going to happen, but what do u mean by beating him twice?

Well both fights ended in headbutt cuts so shows you he isnt unbeatable

thats santos fault margarito isnt the 1st person he hit with a headbutt and ended the fight because of it, in boxing no one is unbeatable

Most people who watched that fight felt Margarito won. Santos also came into the ring that night a Light Heavyweight.

Santos and Cintron also fight in two completly different styles.

Margarito would beat Cintron with ease. Cintron's power has gotten highly overrated. If the glass jaw'ed Teddy Reid could give Cintron fits Margarito would KO him.

2nd headbutt happened because for the first time Santos went toe to toe sluging it with him or anybody esle and made him fight all sloppy because Margarito isnt that good in the first place and Cintron will slug him out KHTFO

I put my money on Margarito by KO against Cintron. Margarito's stamina will outpace cintron and it will end up being the numbers game. Only a matter of time till Margarito connects on the chin and Cintron goes down.

Margarito can fight a lot better than he did against Santos. Maybe he was just overtrained for that fight and also probably would have won if not for the cut. Big risk for Cintron.

yeah, i think margarito is the goods at 147. this is a VERY RISKY fight for cintron that could just derail his whole career. my heart says cintron but my brain says margarito.

I think that all of you hardcore fight fans need to give cintron a little credit. Just because he is a relative new comer, doesn't mean he doesn't have what it takes. Hopkins has sparred with him and said that he will be a world champ one day. So I guess all of you Margarito d*ck riders will say the hopkins deosn't know what he is talking about. Cintron and margarito both had hard fights their last time out, the only difference is that cintron closed the show and margarito got showed up. I was going for margarito and he looked amatuerish and was getting banged on by a fighter without that much punching power. Unless margarito runs from cintron which he won't. He will get slept by cintron come fight night...

Margarito should win in slugfest by the 8th TKO

Should be a very good fight but I think the edge goes to Margarito because of his experience and his high volume of punches. By the way, I had Margarito one point ahead in the fight with Santos, but it's not a big deal that Santos got the TD. It was a back and forth fight.

Margarito will most likely win this fight. I just don't know if Cintron is ready. Though he has proven from the past that he might be ready. I don't know who to root for on this one.

I think Cintron is too fast for Margarito, but Margarito can counter

Two scenerios

1)Margarito comes in cold and gets caught and kayoed early by Cintron - Unlikely IMO but definetly a possibility

2)Cintron gets drowned late and TKOed,because he doesn't have much experience fighting in the later rounds like Margarito does.Also,Cintron looked exhausted against Teddy Reid before overpowering him in 8.His last fight was July 04,so ring rust could be an issue for Cintron.


This fight is a dead even matchup.If I had to make a pick,I would pick Margarito.His experience and the toughness he brings every round for 12rds will be too much for Cintron.

No he didnt, margarito lost twice because he cuts,I do think Cintron will beat him though,because he cuts&because cintron will be too much power,but he would beat santos too.

Cintron punching power could hurt Margerito at times early in the fight but Margarito's experience and stamina makes him win by a 8 round ko.
