i had him around late 7-9..just cuz everyone said he deserved it....but true he never deserved it..i think R.JR might even be highter then him despite the win lol..anyway...tarver by no means dominated the glen fight or even showed he was p4p material..

Ring have no internet presence which is a mistake on their part. Can't remember the rest of the list. Hopkins was 1st with Floyd 2nd.

Hell no, He was never in my top ten. Just because you beat someone in the top ten, doesn't make you a top ten fighter. I think he is so damn boring. He's just a few fights from being done with his career anyway. Anyone who thinks this guy can compete as a heavyweight is an idiot.

He still has a lot to prove...so far I have him as average..at best.
