I know rocky Balboa isn't real but if he was and at the same age of Marciano who would win? I think it would have to go to decision and Marciano would win.

Marciano can beat him every way possible (not because he's fake) but because look at his style...That style is very dangerous against a big puncher.

Marciano's biggest strength would be his power. The Itallion Stallion's biggest strength would be that his creator would get to write the script. So I'll go with balboa, although he'll probably have to get off the canvas thirty or forty times to do it. Balboa by ko with :01 second last in last round. He also ends world hunger at the end with emotional speech.

balboa was a tough fighter, but marciano was tougher and had more of a power punch than Balboa, Marciano is the true "Italian Stallion". Marciano KO in 5.

Marciano was slicker, had better head movement, and punched harder. I think he stops Balboa early, knocking him down 8 or 9 times on the way.

Hypathetically speaking if this fight were to happen there is no way that Balboa would be KO'd just look at how many times he was KO'd in his 68 fights, and then look at Marciano how many times was he KO'd the difference is 1.
Marciano was strong and had a chin of steel and a heart most boxers today could never match, but then there's Balboa who had the biggest heart of all a chin of steel as well and he had great stamina.
If this fight were to take place it's really hard to say who would win considering all the similarities. I would have to say a draw just because it's heart against heart and the undefeated against the peoples champion. 15 round blood bath with many knock downs that would lead to a draw.

Balboa on his game would get the decision win. I couldn't see a knockout happening, but I could see many many knockdown. Balboa slips punch and unloads. I don't think Marciano could handle that intensity

balboas got iron chin, he got hit with hard punches in one round more than most in one fight, so i say a draw with a lot of knockdown. balboa train like a animal :)

Look at what Ivan Drago managed to do to him. If Balboa can come back from that, he can definitely give the Rock a run for his money.

Still, I give the nod to Marciano in this case. I think Marciano hits as hard as Ivan did, and he also has more heart and stamina. He used to go 15 round fights with guys, sure, not all of them lasted the full 15, but he still had a lot of late round KO's.

A fighters power is based on a number of factors obviously the power from point of release to contact point(lenght of arms), the power to KO guys early in fights as well as late in fights. Marciano and Balboa each had this power, although we saw it more in the later half of the fights with Balboa and a mix of it all with Marciano.
Someone had mentioned Ivan Drago, and his power. If you I remember correctly Drago had his power measured with an electronic device in part 4 and was enough over 1000 ft pounds of force, Marciano also had this done and they measured his power and it came to equivelant tp a man lifting 1000 pounds off the ground with one foot (how they got that I dont know) but none the less similarities between Drago and Marciano are definately there.
I would definately say that Marciano was unbelievably powerful and could probably knock Balboas head off but Balboa was all heart and chin so how can you give it to any of them Draw!
