Andre Ward, hands down. Despite his young pro career, he has already possessed tremendous boxing skills and he's also a very exciting fighter who has a killer instinct and knows how to finish an opponent. This fighter is gonna be HUGE!

This guy is a featherweight, I had one heavyweight listed and I thought he could be something because of his power...But I called him a prospect and just that...I had accepted the heat for saying Okine was the real deal, I have moved on....

Verquan is a 130 pound fighter who possesses speed and power that would probably match pacquaio's if not succeed it...No kidding, he has a real good amateur background like 200 wins and only 14 losses or so. He was an olympic hopeful and was eyed by a lot of promoters but had chosen to turn pro. He has had his first semi-big title fight in which he was dropped 3 times and rose each proving he can deal with diversity and rise from the canvas. Verquan also went from fighting 6 rounders to 10 rounders and is the current IBC/IBA/NABC Featherweight champion....

Verquan is a good guy and a great fighter.

School is going a little bit better now, finally grasping my workload and getting things done...I am actually not tied up with homework this weekend so things feel great at the moment...Wish I did though I cant wait until Saturday night...Nothing to do the time goes by slow.

Raesaad-It is always to be with good company, welcome as well...

How you all calling the fight tomorrow? I want to say Klitschko by UD but damn either one has a good chance of winning. This is a damn good fight and is a pick-em type of fight...Anybody could win...The odds are dead even in my book.

Good picks, I hope Cotto is really impressive tomorrow. I was bored by his performance by Abdullaev and I hope he makes a statement tomorrow...

Peter has a very good chance of beatin Wladimir early....My opinion is that if Peter goes in their and pulls a Sanders and just beats the hell out of the guy that will be his only chance. But I cant see that happening, Peter isnt a very fast guy on his feet and his footwork is GOD AWFUL! So it will be interesting to see how Peter deals with that...Lets not forget Wladimir might not have the best defense but the guy can box and has damn good power....So we will see what both fighters are made of tomorrow...Although with Wladimir in a lot of Peters fights I notices he drops his right guard down everytime he moves, everytime he throws a punch it is consistent it hangs low every single minute of every fight (I watch about 4 or 5 and same result) and if Wladimir can use his right jab to the body followed through with a left hook to Sams face on the right side he we will see some fireworks and see if Peter can withstand it....I think Wladimir has a better chance of winning, but man this fight is so damn close I wont pick a complete winner.

I would say more than anything it is a lack of defense more than anything...Wladimir was caught by a heavy hitter...We will see how good Peter can punch, he has been fighting unranked guys which says a lot...But any man over 200 can punch.

But Sanders was a HUGE hitter, I dont hold Brewster against him because it isnt like he was knocked out cold...A thing I would like to point out is that when Wladimir was knocked down he easily got back up....I am anxious to see what Peter is made of, this fight should tell all.

Definitely Mighty Mike Arnaoutis...He's a slick boxer-puncher and given that he progresses at his current rate, i can see him giving "stalker" type jr welters like hatton fits with his compact laser-like power punches...dude also has a granite chin, he took some dynamite shots from Juan Urango who fashions himself a 'mini mike tyson' with his style..mike laughed at him and asked for more....watch out for this guy in 06', he has all the tools to make noise in a crazy jr welter division.

Top prospect out of that group: Andre Ward. How can you forget Edwin Valero and Amir Khan?

Andre Ward won a gold medal, that's why he's rated so highly, and because USA is DESPERATE for a gold medal fighter to go pro and be good..

Escobedo by far has fought WAY better opposition than Ward...

IMO Khan is the real deal and has the whole package..

He defeated the p4p BEST amateur in the world! He also has KO power in both hands! He stopped a guy in the 2nd round in the olympics!

The guy he lost to, he avenged his loss..Ward won a gold medal, but he's style seems to be more suited for the amateurs...

This is my prospects and my list:

#1. Khan
#2. Escobedo/Valero tied
#3. Andre Ward

not saying he is my #1 prosepct pick, but i saw a fighter tonight at the new orleans casino in las vegas, in an off tv fight, named Donovan "Da Bomb" George 6-0-1-5ko's. he's a super middleweight and a 3 time golden gloves champ. he has some skills and some pop in his punches. he has a chance to make some noise in the division....keep a look out, i thought he was promising.

Andre is Arguably the best 160 pound fighter the U.S. has had in more than a decade, Andre Dirrell, possesses the kid of “five-starr” qualities that attract an audience. In 2003, he twice decisioned the highly-regarded Jesus Gonzales, of Phoenix, Az.
Dirrell is a thinker with the ability to expose the flaws in any style. He can offer up an ambidextrous attack – switching at any given moment – and land power shots from either position. But his ability to switch – if he isn’t careful – can end up hurting him. He often switches for no apparent reason. If he is controlling the fight in the southpaw position, there is no reason to turn
