Sorry about the music ahaha but the guy that was filming didnt shut up and all u can hear its an idiot talking ahahhaha thats why i covered it up with a song.

Any comments and tips would be really appreciated

Nice work man, you have a nice rhythm to your boxing. The double jab was effective and I like that you were punching in combinations, caught him with a nice left hook to the body too.

Good luck with it, I wouldn't mind seeing some of your fights if you can get them on vid.

*Edit - Oh and as for tips, I'd say perhaps try to be a bit more active, especially with counter punches. Towards the end of the round, you seemed content to play defense and block his shots/make him miss without firing back too much. Nothing major though, you looked quite relaxed which is a good thing.

You're very good. Great head movement. I think you add in more lateral movement in to compliment that.

Very good work, nice upper body movement, I like the fact that you weren't stationary. You may want to bend you're knees more when weaving. It seems like it would new more work to weave and not use you're legs, no? erik morales has trained at that gym too I recognize it from one of his training videos, and some nice compact punches on the inside from what I see. Great work, keep it up and good luck.

Thx for the comments guys, hey Dannnn yeah u are right u see the problem its that i consider myself a really good boxer, i have sparred with very high quality of opposition and i do ok...... the first round hahahahaha Im the kind of guy that runs out of gas and goes into full defensive :( haha but at least i know it so i am training hard for my next fight. Which its supposed to be like in a month.

Ill try to upload it.

ahaha and yeah erick morales ( the old version ) trained there for one of his comeback fights its "el jefe" gym in monterrey mexico, its also called "El jefe promotions" so a lot of pros go there when they fight in town, there is a big arena called arena monterrey, even edwin valero went and trained there for a couple of days for his fight with DeMarco hahahaha that guy was crazy, he screamed everytime he punched, i mean i say "ha ! ha!" but this guy screamed full force "HUAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!" WITH EVERY PUNCH hahahahahaha

how long have you been boxing? you are pretty refined, your feet and your hands are in harmony and I see good form on your punches...

i can barely see the vid man due to poor quality. i can thought that you like fighting in close range, i also suggest you throw the jab more

Cool video bro, if i may say u look good on the attack ! but u started going to the ropes and then u started to get hit.. it happens to anyone try to move away from the ropes. But looking good bro !

As if i have any aspiration to go professional... yeah : ) i am already a professional here in mexico haha i debuted last year and i am supposed to have my second fight in a month or so. I won the first one by ko in the second it was a very small event in a local arena, Ill try to upload it if i can get it in the computer if not ill record the next one.

I had a brief but good amateur career here in mexico its hard to get amateur experience theres very few tournaments and most ppl turn pro really fast. I had a 19-2 record as an amateur.

You're pretty good, great head movement, you do look like a pro. It's just a matter of building up stamina and then your hands will "go" naturally.

I have the same problem, since I know I get tired by the 4th round during sparring I try to hold back a bit.

naaah men that was a couple of years back i was too green.... and i am still are hahahaha he brought his own sparring partners and his own trainer. He just used the facilities. I saw him spar and to tell the truth he didnt look that good but the guy was intense hahaha i wouldnt dare to fight someone like that.

Thx for the comment bro been really working on my head movement.

Hahaha i mean he didnt look that refined but he fighted so intense that it must feel like he actually wants to kill you up there, the guy was crazy hahah u could see it in his eyes. The kind of guy that goes insane in the ring and its kind of Shy and quiet, the days i saw him he barely speak with anyone and he never smiled or anything hahaha he gave me the creeps, but i would have loved to sparr with him.

And thx bro hahaha i try to keep it real ! im gonna try to post my next fight ! : )

You look good man.....i dont know if it was the angle the video was shot on, but you seemed a bit open for the jab to the body(i cant really know this since your opponent didnt throw it), because even tho your defense is very good, you seemed to be a bit squared up at times. You fight a lot like one of my gymmates here in Mexico city....haha, thats why i think you might be vulnerable to jabs to the body... i land em on that guy pretty easily(as long as im careful that i dont get hit with the right hand counter over my jab :P)...

Suerte karnal! se ve ke rifas!

Gracias por el comment brother ; )

You look really good but can your bend your legs. your legs look like they need rythm , if your mexican it should be natural, lol. You throw some nice combinations hard to believe your new to the game.

..David..

ahahah thx for the post bro... and yeah i am really working on bending my legs a little more but i have some stamina problems and it requires great physicall shape to get used to fight with your legs bent all the time... but thx for the tip :)

Oh and ... well i dont really consider myself new to the game hehe i am new in professional boxing since I just had my debut ( i won ) and i have my next fight on june. But i been boxing for quite some time now.
