Further down the scale is David Walker who's fighting Jamie Moore on Friday, I love watching him he's never in a bad fight he was in some crackers on BBC. Locally for me I liked Scott Dixon from just up the road who was as gutsy as they come, he took one hell of a beating from Jamie Moore, was decked twice and came back to beat him in the 5th and his fight with Derek Roche was one of the fights of the year domestically, about 5 knockdowns in that one!(That was '99' I think) I could go on & on really :boxing: Kimmy 09-22-2005, 08:25 PM Calzaghe used to be exciting. I thought his fights with Eubank and Reid were actually quite good and the Woodhall and Shieka brawls weren`t bad either but there are too many of those slap and tickle points wins littering his record to truly get excited by his performances. barryboy 09-22-2005, 08:33 PM Exactly for every Eubank, Sheika & Brewer you get a Jiminez, Mkrtchian or Sobot. He is exciting cos he comes out like a steam train but like you say too inconsistent and with him more so that other fighters there's always the danger he'll hurt his hands and then you've really got a boring fight, I remember Rick Thornberry as just that. trinidadpr87 09-22-2005, 11:00 PM I'm picking Junior Witter. Sweat 09-23-2005, 01:09 AM Damn, what a crappy list. xzworks 09-23-2005, 04:20 AM hatton?WHat the... Cletus Funk 09-23-2005, 06:21 AM hatton?WHat the... Your point? Rovers 09-23-2005, 06:35 AM Damn, what a crappy list. its cos your too ignorant to know whats going on around you , you only say that because you probably never heard of them or only seen them fight once J ! 09-23-2005, 07:11 AM hatotn without doubt has the mostcrowd pleasing style. thiose who say different have only watched the zoo fight and should be dismissed as ignorant no hopers who should educate themsleves before spouting off.. :D McKay 1 09-23-2005, 07:29 AM Of these choices, definitely Hatton. number6 09-23-2005, 02:14 PM If were talking about british fighters i must admit even though he's not in the same league as most if not all on the list i would say David Haye. Martin (Top Knowledge) 09-24-2005, 05:32 AM Hatton... Defo!... But it used to be Lennox Lewis. RastaSmoker 09-24-2005, 06:14 AM mine is RJJ, especially now, because you dont know what to expect. jonnywalker 09-24-2005, 07:02 AM :boxing: :boxing: none brother! but if i must pick its hatton! jonnywalker 09-24-2005, 07:05 AM my money is on hasim mate and for heavyweight boxing i hope! Boxclever 09-26-2005, 07:23 AM At the moment it HAS to be Amir Khan. :boxing: Lol999 09-26-2005, 07:27 AM Ricky hatton at the moment, I just love his fight style and attitude. However, if he keeps progressing Amir Khan with his style is gonna be a hell of a guy to watch fight! Lol TheBrownBomber22 09-26-2005, 12:38 PM Khan and Hatton but I'm really curious about how Froch will develop and do. RAESAAD 09-26-2005, 12:42 PM Out of these choices I will go with Hatton he is usually exciting...but I miss Lennox after reading that list..... Frank_White 09-29-2005, 01:00 AM Hatton No Doubt |
