Position the screen to what exactly you want copied (it copies exactly what you're viewing on the screen) and push Prnt Scrn (should be on the right side of your keyboard) or if your computer is not as 1337 pwnage push ctrl + print scrn. Then go to Paint or Photoshop whichever you use and click Paste. Save it, host it then post that badboy.

well for my laptop what i do is press and hold Fn then i press prt sq. after i did that i got to paint and paste. from there just save it and have it hosted somewhere like photobucket or imageshack.

go to usercp,then click on edit options scroll down to Miscellaneous Optionsin the window change the option to Enhanced Interface. after you do this you will be able to copy and paste.
