Hey I really need some help on losing weight! im 222pounds 6foot. So please post some workouts I can do. Im not worried about muscle though so you dont have to put anything about lifting weights unless it helps. Thanks.

run your ass off every morning.

eat oathmal, chicken, turkey, tuna, veggies, fruit and durum wheat pasta.

eat little and often like 6-7 small meals a day.

Run 3 miles every morning before your first meal. Train boxing in the evenings at your local gym. Eat like Leff said.

he didnt say he was training for boxing.

ohh and drinks lots off water some tea and coffe is okay but skip the cream and sugar.

running, jump rope, bicycling, swimming, fast paced workouts/drills that get our heart pumping, will burn the most fat, try and be getting yourself out of breath.

thanks for the info yall, i cant swim cause the pool is closed and i dont have a bike and i have school in the morning so i cant run but i do afterschool plus i also have asthma so its not the best for me to get myself out of breath

you can run before school, i go to school, the ass-ma is a bit worse,

are you training for boxing ore just to look/feel good?

look/feel good man. im sick of being big im not like a fatass but im fat yes i have some man boobs im sorry to say but i need to work my ass off i know, i just need a lot of help doing it.

run if you can but if not, take a long walk evry morning before breakfast, atleast an hour.you can have a cup off coffe first.

you should also do some lifting.

stay away from fat, fine carbs and especially sugar.

well i have school at 7:18 in the morning i would have to wake up at like 5, and i cant drink black coffee has to have sugar. i need some kind of workout schedule if u could give me one?

than get upp at 5 am, you can have some skimmed milk inyour coffe, stop being a wuz, do you want to drop weight ore not?

hey man im not no ***** i have lost weight before im just sayin and **** yes i want to lose weight **** i did the adkins diet bull**** for 2 months lost 20 pounds that was hard as hell its just harder for me since im a senior and i have a lot of **** i have to take care of thats all.

See they all said Run I was not jerking your chain back there,you don't need a whole workout plan just to lose weight just eat right and runnnnnnnnnnn.
