I would never pick people up on bad spelling in a forum as it goes with the territory, but when we can't even spell the name of the heavyweight champion of the world it just suggests laziness. Klitschko I can understand, but not being able to spell Vitali (Just remember "Vit" and "Ali") because it's "foreign" is excuse-making. We had no problem with Tyson or Lennox, did we? Not exactly regular names.

Okay, that's it.

oh know man why do people keep mispelling VITALY's name? how the hell did you get your points in the negative?

I dunno how I got my points in the negative actually - I just checked and I haven't got any bad karma since I last banked... they should be on zero or 10 or something.

But I'll let you in on a secret. When I just paid for my title "The Greatest Of All Tahms" I hit the "Confirm" button before I realised I'd missed out an "A". So I had to use the back button and pay ANOTHER 250000+ to do it again!!!

No, no offence taken at all.

I do like these forums... I used to hang around another boxing forum but there was too much smack talk. This one has a nice design, too.

I think they spell it with a Y because thats how it is in Russia or something. I could be complete wrong but i doubt the Russians and Ukrainians would be spelling it wrong. :D

seems like it would be easier for those without the gift of spelling to just put vk or wk..
chances are they don't care or maybe it's more fun to screw with the names.. :P
i guess they could call him Dr. Iron fists or maybe Retire Maker..

In Ukraine it's spelled with a Y, but in America it's a I,
Like Andrew Golota, in Poland It's Andzrej Golota
It doesn't bother me, spell Vitali however you'd like haha

There are many spellings:

Vitaly (sound like Italy)
Vitali (sounds like Mitali)
Vitaliy (sounds like Russian Vitaliy!).

I like the last spelling the best.
