Excuse my ignorance...I need some help!

How do I acquire an avatar to display? Is there a site that one can go to, to download a variety?
Would some kind soul explain to me in English & not some intricate IT language?

avatars are normal pictures just right click on a jpg picture save it go to www.photobucket.com make an account than when you add the picture you want to the site underneath it will be 3 links highlight the first one than copy and paste it in your edit avatar thing here save poof you have one

You can also just right click and save any pictures you see to your C: drive and load them up from there.

you can directly upload any picture from your computer as avatar, just check the maximum pixel limit set...

I will make you an animate gif if you like, give me a clip and i will do it

can you share with us your program my friend, i use ulead gif animator, i could cut existing gif files and make them smaller files but when i tried to make a gif from a video, it does not recognize mpeg ... THANKS
