Roy Jones tested positive for steroids and everyone threw their hands up like "ahhh what the hell" and ignored it, when clearly he was on them.

I dont think he was on steroids cause he passed all the tests to prove that he wasnt. I mean, were the tests "fixed", or something?? Did nobody else see the articles on the results?? :eek:

he could have taken designer steroids, i believe some of those are undetectable (at this point in time ), however, he could have also done it with creatine. i suspect the real reason shane can't move back down in weight is because he's over 30, it'd weaken him too much to go back down ( i know this from experience ), although i think he can make 147 but that'd be the absolute lowest he can go now. shane was a natural welter, anyway

Of course he was. He had to testify on a Senate sub-committe on steriod abuse in proffesional sports. This is no revelation. Just look at him when he was at 154lbs prior to the last fight with Winky. I think/hope he stopped and slimmed down for his rematch with Winky.

If he goes down to 147, he shouldn't need the roids anymore.

I've heard of them, but didnt know how hard they are to detect...and I agree with Spinks when he posted that when Jones got busted for using it seemed "ok" but when Shane passes every test thrown at him there's speculation and accusations for mo's on end! :eek: I have a problem with showing Jones any 'leway' and not everyone else too..see, I'm just one problmatic ***** this morning!! :D :p

He should concentrate less on bench pressing and more on boxing.
