Mine is "Loose Yourself"-Eminem
The beginning of the song when Eminem starts talking
Just really puts me in my zone.
I use this song, or this same song,
but the instrumental one without the words

stevenalexander 01-02-2005, 01:14 PM my favorite is rocky theme-is called Sterling hotel bar it was on one of the rocky movies.i remember when i came out to spar my trainer played that for me i was so pumped.once me an my sparring partner started to spar i ate him up lol,he was taller ana had longer arms,lol i was throwing combos and straight jabs and straight rights,wasnt trying to but, i bust his noise wit a jab.
