Just wondering what specific muscles i should work and how often to develop strength and explosiveness? Not just shoulders or arms either, I mean like specific muscles such as posterior deltoid and etc., any help? even a sample routine would be greatly appreciated

people forget about the bigger muscle groups?! the gluts, hamstring and quads man, do sprints. Do ya weights, then go and do 8-10 x 50 m sprints, do it a few weeks, and u will notice how explosive ur off ya toes and balls of ya feet.
- squats
- deadlifts
- stride out with hand-weights
-all good 4 da legs.
