along with regular boxing training, morning runs, strength conditioning (chest & abs) how often should one do plyrometric training for hand & foot speed (hand/ankle weights, weighted gloves, Resistance cords - all doing explosive combo punching) & how many days rest inbetween? wb thanks!

i do monday and friday and sometimes wesdnesday as well, but same as u i run in morings or technique and got boxing 6 days a week, my advice would be get in a quality 30-45 min session at night after training or if you dont have it one day do it then. with plyos and speed work its about the quality not quanty, if your too tired to do them with 90% maximal effort u might as well stop. Keep it short and sweet and rotate body parts during the session to stay fresh. For example i do a superset where i do 12 clap press ups then jump stright into depth&weighted tuck jumps then i jump stright into weighted hip twists. ill do that 3 times then move onto another 3 exercise circuit where i work 3 different parts. that way u get the session done quicker and your still gettin it in before u go stale. HUSTLE HARD!
