So you get your muscles decomposed. Running in the morning is bad.
When you wake , you should drink water , then wait 20-40 mins , then intake proteins.
Only then you can do what you want.

That's nothing new homie, it's called an "Elvis Presley". He used to love that and it's a banana, hot dog bun, peanut butter and honey on top. It's delicious for those of you that have never tried it.

Gives you ton of energy and is actually not bad as far as saturated fat goes, it's got the good fat.

Eat it about 1 hour prior to working out, I do it all the time.

Ok, great stuff right there, but...I'd reccomend getting some natural peanut butter, that stuff you got there has nasty hydronated oils in them - and watch out with the whole wheat buns, they sometimes add processed sugar (which is really stupid).

RESPECT to any combination of peanut butter and bananas. when im feelin ****ed up cutting weight, ill eat that **** as a cheat snack in the AM and it gives me the craziest energy boost.
