I guess no one has heard of Eddie Bravo. I thought there were serious MMA fans here.
He is an American (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States) practitioner of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brazilian_Jiu-Jitsu) who holds a
second degree black belt under Jean-Jacques Machado (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jean-Jacques_Machado). He is most famous for his win as a brown belt against Royler Gracie (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Royler_Gracie) by triangle choke (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Triangle_choke) in the 2003 Abu Dhabi Submission Wrestling championships (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ADCC_Submission_Wrestling_World_Championship) and his unique style of no-gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, called 10th Planet Jiu-Jitsu (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/10th_Planet_Jiu-Jitsu).

He is also known for his mixed martial arts (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mixed_martial_arts) commentating on the Ultimate Fighting Championship (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ultimate_Fighting_Championship), music composition, and strong marijuana (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marijuana) advocacy. He lives in Hollywood, California (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hollywood,_California), where he runs his 10th Planet Jiu-Jitsu school out of Legends MMA.

Eddie is a cool guy. I talked with him for a while outside of Empire Academy in Rochester NY. A definite role model and something to note is that he is the polar opposite of most BJJ practitioners.

The video was awesome. A lot of people don't realize that while being extremely loud and sometimes obnoxious, that Joe Rogan is a legitimate martial artist with a black belt in TKD as well as a brown belt in Gi and No Gi BJJ. That kick he taught GSP looked awesome.

I kinda thought GSP was just humoring Rogan. I know he trains in MMA, and that spinning kick did look pretty powerful. I'd like to see him in competition
then we'd see just how good he really is. Joe is very arrogant, I've seen video's of him in altercations and what not, and beating up the guy that challenged him and actually showed up.
