Mike Tysons Bigest Mistake was fighting anyone who could box, who was not 90 years old and who had come out of retirement, and who of any skill level whatsoever. He fought mostly bums and yesteryears champs and wash ups until he got to Evaynder and some others. Buster Douglass was wishy-washy so it was a good fight but unfortunately for him the fighting Buster Douglass showed up that night.

You can tell by tysons fights in his prime that he would of much preferred to knock the guy out rather than box and break through his opponents defenses .This is evident to me after berbick . Tyson even in beyond the glory said that once he beat berbick and became heavyweight champion of the world he achieved all he wanted to achieve and didnt want to train hard anymore . Tyson even in his prime said he hated training and that the only reason he did it was because he wanted to be heavyweight champion . He did however say that he enjoyed fighting in front of huge crowds and defending his heavyweight title but the preparation for the fights he hated .
