yeah i think he can. for one i think hernandez will under estimate him for the 11 losses. i think pac is dedicated now unlike the rest of his career. also hernandez will brwal with him more and open up more than he did with morales and mayweather and i think pac can take advantage of all that and get him late, but i woulndt be surprised at a decision either.
