when you're sparring do u look at your Opponent eyes or their hands?

I look at the eyes/chest but in my mind I'm focusing on his hands

If im absolutely owning in a sparring session i look straight into their eyes.

I tend to look more at their hands if im getting tagged all day long.

I don't get beat. I do the beatings. Im looking at their chins, cause thats where I'm hitting.

I look right at the chin too.
