I assume you are just starting? I got by the "3" rule.

skipping, 3 rounds, 3mins each.
stretching....(look upmuscle groups to stretch)

shadow , 3 rounds 3 mins
heavy bag 3 rounds, 3 mins
sit ups, leg lifts, jacknife all of tose excersises 3 times, and each rep devisible by 3 (12, 24, 36, 72, etc.)
push ups - here is where I deviate slightly.
Your first day, do as many as you can, the next day, do as many as you could the day before, plus one. Repeat.
all of this done 4-5 times a week.

bottom line, set a goal for yourself, then each day do a little better than the last.

First off noob, there is no grammer police on this website K. Secondly i would love to see how we stack up against each other. I have been doing Brazilian Ju Jitsu for 14 years. Ive done a little training in Kav Magra, which for those that dont know specializes in teaching oneself to take pain with little or no pain registered.

Plus the Brazilian JuJitsu.

so as soon as you go on the groung your in my Realm.

First,I was being facetious. down tiger!

second, stack up against each other? Did i not just say i have not been doing this long....so sure, i'll step in with you and when i get out of the hospital, i'll step in again and make NEW mistakes.

unless you meant "stack up" in a battle of wits.....then, consider yourself schooled :P

and again, 1200 situps?

Exactly what I was thinking. I love when people like Rasta start **** on forums. You know they're unsure of themselves, picking apart other people's routines and saying **** like "I know BJJ!!!!!!!111"

do what your trainer tells you

if you dont have a trainer why do
you wanna do someone elses workout

Ok, so we are stupid because of the following:
You post a workout, and then post "follow RJJ". Instead of saying that the previous workout is what Roy Jones does, follow his schedule.

In addition, we are not worth much because we haven't posted as often as you? Run back to Brazil monkey boy.
Oh, and for the record it is "in other words" not "Another wards".
