EXIGE 08-29-2005, 08:26 PM My shoulders dont get sore, they just feel fatigued. boxer2k5 08-29-2005, 09:56 PM if you burn out and throw alot of punches yeah they get sore kmac 08-30-2005, 11:29 AM I would recommend not overexerting yourself once you start. Everyone gets sore the first time, If it keeps happening, rest a little inats 10-09-2006, 01:04 AM its natural bro!!! McAlister 10-09-2006, 01:15 AM Man i hate burnouts lol..... but nah my shoulders never get sore from throwin alot during a sparring session or fight or mit work Hunna 10-09-2006, 02:13 AM then you aint working hard enuff bro. everyone gets sore, even the best. McAlister 10-09-2006, 08:58 AM then you aint working hard enuff bro. everyone gets sore, even the best. Yeah right, I work the hardest in the gym and im there for the longest. You cant say im not working hard just because my shoulders dont hurt after a working out. It's not weightlifting, The topic was from throwing alot of punches. If your shoulders hurt from throwing alot of punches while sparring, or doing mit work lol then something is wrong.... Yeah your arms may get tired, which will cause u to drop ur guard cuz ur fatigued. but i wouldnt say its cuz ur "shoulders" are hurting like the other guy said, burn outs? YES your shoulders will hurt, iont care who u are lol Im guessing thats what its called burn outs, cuz ya shoulders/arms wil be burning lol Nacho_Analstain 10-09-2006, 09:13 AM am i the only 1's who shoulders get sore after throwing punches? u couldnt throw a punch if ur life depended on it u fat **** Kid Achilles 10-09-2006, 11:40 AM I don't think he means sore as in hurting, I think he just means the lactic acid buildup everyone feels. I don't care who you are, if you're throwing hard punches your arms will get tired. It's perfectly natural, but as you increase your endurance it won't be as bad. Allen_Poe 10-09-2006, 12:06 PM it only happens to me in my left shoulder, its bee a problem for me since I've started. hemichromis 10-09-2006, 02:29 PM you shouldn;t keep training if you nhave severe lactic acid buildup as this slows you down and you get used to throwing the slow lazy punches hemichromis 10-09-2006, 02:30 PM by that i mean take a little break McAlister 10-09-2006, 03:15 PM lol wrong topic Manfredo Jr 10-09-2006, 03:33 PM mines used to get sore , but they never bother me now , they get tired from time to time when im doing big sparring sesions bt thts about it |
