Yes. What you do is you take the final score of the game and subtract the points from the favorite. Ex. final score: Wisconsin 23 - Bowling Green 20, when you subtract the 4 from Wisconsin it turns to Bowling Green 20 - Wisconsin 19. If they teams are tied after the point subtraction, it is a push and no one wins the bet.
