Liver is ok. with onions. And beer. jack_the_rippuh 08-25-2005, 03:48 PM I remember once my mom made liver and I gave it to this cat that use to hang around my house. We called him garfield. He's probably dead now :( What about Duck and rabbit, how do those taste? The Troll 08-25-2005, 03:50 PM I remember once my mom made liver and I gave it to this cat that use to hang around my house. We called him garfield. He's probably dead now :( What about Duck and rabbit, how do those taste? Duck is pretty good. I dont eat it that often though. Good duck is about how crispy you get the skin. Rabbit I like. I shoot the ones in my yard with a pellet gun. Skin them and eat them. You have to cook them well done and check their liver for spots because they can carry a nasty bug with them. I never ate rabbit except for ones I killed myself. you should only hunt rabbits in spring and early summer, they are more likely to have that disease in latter summer and fall. bigdlb12 08-25-2005, 03:51 PM Can someone answer my question please. Do they really taste like chicken or is that just something said? paul750 08-25-2005, 03:57 PM Froglegs are delicious. Why do they only use the legs? isn't that a waste? :D Dirt E Gomez 08-25-2005, 03:59 PM They usually serve them fried, right? Do they really taste like chicken or is that just something said? Cooking all depends, but yeah fried is rather common. While I don't believe most meats taste like chicken, frog legs do. Imagine chicken but with a fishy texture and oily feel. That's what it is.
