I dont how to describe a taste. What something tastes like to me does not taste the same to somebody else. I like lamb. I suggest you down the grocery store or butcher market and buy a leg of lamb and consume rare to medium rare. If you overcook it is totally ruined.

If you ever had Gyro there is lamb meat in that. But Gyro meat dont really taste like lamb. It is peppered seasoned and mixed with other meats. Plus the cucumber sauce and all.

Duck is pretty good. I dont eat it that often though. Good duck is about how crispy you get the skin.

Rabbit I like. I shoot the ones in my yard with a pellet gun. Skin them and eat them. You have to cook them well done and check their liver for spots because they can carry a nasty bug with them. I never ate rabbit except for ones I killed myself. you should only hunt rabbits in spring and early summer, they are more likely to have that disease in latter summer and fall.

Cooking all depends, but yeah fried is rather common. While I don't believe most meats taste like chicken, frog legs do. Imagine chicken but with a fishy texture and oily feel. That's what it is.

I had them at a cajun restaurant and that was the best way I ever had them.

I thought Baklava was Italian. I have inlaws that are Italian (born in Italy) and they make it every holiday. It is quite good. Even though I am no big fan of Cod.

By the way the red cross in the front is the cross of St George, Patron Saint of England. The white stripe in the background is the cross of Saint Andrew, Patron Saint of Scotland. The Red Stripe in the background is the Cross of Saint Patrick, Patron Saint of Ireland.
