Where did you find that file? I would put it into google.com and see what you get.

Sounds like a virus, make google your best friend and you will find out what it is.

Also go to download dot come and download AVG's Virus Scanner. Its free, good, and updates itself every morning if you schedule it so it can protect against the newest viruses.
