Manny P is a relentless fighter. The heart this little man has is more than all the heavyweights combined. Manny is a warrior, no doubt, he earned respect from everyone which he did by taking on all, never backing down but even beaten, he gives his heart out for his fans. He is a lion in heart. Manny P has earned my respect but i still root for my countryman

When Pacman enters the arena, many Latinos might boo but they still applaud at the same time. They love fighters like Pac. In fact, I don't think they care where he comes from as long as he loses to a Mexican. ;) :D

I am not a fan of Hector nor a fan of Pac but Im going to be cheering for Pac this time around cause he is the better fighter its kinda hard to cheer for a fighter that has ten loses against a hard puncher so if I was to put my money on anyone it would be pac. And yes Im Mexican!

Yea didnt hear what would happen if Manny were to lose. But to the point, I respect him alot. True warrior and fights with a ton of heart. Though i think he is a bit over rated by some but i think respected by many.

IMHO, majority of Mexican fight fans want Pac to get KTFO by any Mexican fighter, doesn't matter who. Manny's loss to Morales is not enough for Mexicans for what Manny did to Barrera.

You are correct! You should get a price for this. And Im not even a Barrera fan now imagine if I was, I would want him to get KTFO in the first round of the fight.

Well, besides everyone deciding between Morales, Marco, and Manny. My main question was between Manny and Hector. Manny being a warrior that has fought with the top 3 Mexicans and gave them 3 a heck of a fight. Has he earned your respect enough to cheer for him over an unknown Mexican.

Hey man, I wouldn't write off Valsquez so fast just yet. Let's remember he's been training since like the 2nd week of July already while Manny was off shooting movies and messing around. Manny started training abit after the 1st week of August which means he definitely will be the less conditioned fighter coming into this fight no matter how hard he pushes to try to make up for it. You can't really make up conditioning by training harder, that's just gonna make him break come fight night. Muchless, Valasquez has been at this weight for some time, has KOed people at this weight, and is a relentless body punisher that doesn't stop coming forward. Much as Manny's come forward style except Manny is going to be aiming for the head to end it early. If this guy can withstand the still unknown power of Manny at 130lbs. then Manny is in for a long and painful night :boxing:

I think you are the only one that has posted a thread like this every one else has been saying "easy win" "pac by ko" among many other things but you are the only one that has posted this, I give you props, not only that but I agree with you, its who you least expect to come up with the win that those, for example just this weekend I thougth that Soto was going to get his ass beat and just look at what happened, right now I think he has great potential to be great Im even going to start following his fights. That was the rise of a new superstar in the Manny_P. Their is one difference though, Manny never had about 10 losses like Velasquez has. Manny was written off while he was winning and winning and winning. Manny had 2 losses when he fought Barrera and Manny is a guy with a solid left. Im gonna root for my countryman Velasquez but at the end, I only can picture him laying on the ground with Mannys hands up in rejoice of his victory over Velasquez.

I will favor Manny, I dont care what country a boxer comes from, it's about the skills, not the bloodline.

Manny pacquiao was one of my fav fighters to watch even before Barrera and when Barrera got beat i wasnt surprised. So Manny has always had my respect but I'm still gonna root for my countryman rooting against just wouldnt be right imo.
