Probably the WBC HW title when Ali was stripped in '67. It was not won until 1970 when Frazier decapitated Jimmy Ellis. OUCH!

I'm actually thinking its further back then that but you may be right....

In 89'-90', not so sure if the WBC middleweight title is vacant, since Duran dethrone Iran Barkley for the title, he moved up to fight Leonard at 168lbs. Jackson and Graham then fought for the vacant title.
