PITTSBURGH -- A man pleaded guilty to charges he drugged and sexually assaulted seven women and photographed and videotaped the attacks.

Donald Preik, 48, of Pittsburgh's Beechview section, admitted on Monday that he sexually assaulted his former live-in girlfriend, her mother, four of their relatives and an unrelated woman.

Prosecutors said Preik stole sleeping pills and other drugs from the pharmacy he once managed and slipped the drugs into his victims' drinks.

The women didn't know they were assaulted until one of them found a photo album containing pictures of the assaults, prosecutors said. One of the assaults was videotaped, they said.

Preik's attorney, Anthony Bittner, declined to comment after the hearing.

Preik pleaded guilty to involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, indecent assault, drug possession and invasion of privacy. He faces a mandatory minimum of five years in prison because one of the victims was older than 60.

Sentencing is scheduled for Nov. 9.

Pharmacy Manager In Court On Secret Sex Pics

PITTSBURGH -- A Beechview man allegedly took dozens of pictures of naked women at his home without their knowledge, according to testimony at a preliminary hearing Friday.

Donald Edward Preik, 46, is accused of photographing several women, apparently while they were unconscious. In some of the shots, items are seen protruding from the womens' genitalia and explicit words are written on their bodies, according to a police statement.

Preik allegedly confessed to taking sleeping pills home from the Imperial pharmacy where he worked and slipping them into the women's drinks. When they passed out, he allegedly removed their clothes and took pictures.

Seven of the alleged victims attended the hearing, including Preik's ex-girlfriend of 18 years and her grandmother, sisters and nieces. At least three are in their early 20s, but the prosecution is suggesting that they were minors when the pictures were taken.

A Pittsburgh police detective testified that 75 pictures were kept in a photo album. The grandmother testified that she found the book of what she called "dirty pictures" in Preik's basement.

Police also say that Preik set up a hidden video camera to record his then-girlfriend getting undressed.

Preik, 46, is being held on $25,000 bail, charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, indecent assault and aggravated indecent assault. He is expected to be released on house arrest next week, but won't live at his home.
