The ref didn't count it as a knockdown, as a matter of fact the ref halted the action for a sec. as Oscar recovered. That was Gattis worst fight ever, thats not saying alot cause Gatti isnt a good fighter, hes overated as hell as seen by losing fights to Ivan Robinson(twice), Angel Manfredy, Mickey Ward and by losing so horribly to Floyd.
