Hi, could anyone help me to make a cheap diet for a 15 year old cos I can't go to boxing classes anymore because my parents don't let me. In order for them to let me I have to eat what they make(I don't eat a lot now because wtf they buy the cheapest **** out there and it's pork why the **** should I eat it) Whatever they make doesn't have enough protein in it and if it does it's all they make, no variety(there's like 2 foods that they make all the time that are probably good sources of protein and not very high in fat or calories) and I need to eat different foods cos I'm most likely still growing and I need vitamins and other stuff. I'm also trying to get my body fat down to at least 8% from like 12-15% without losing too much muscle. Help please :( And yes I did some research before posting this.
