some guy was using this in our gym and i was wondering where he got that from a while ago now i found it on ebay for just a couple bucks :D

improves your accuracy, rhythm, hand/eye coordination (guess thats sort of accuracy). it has a little bit of everything, double end bag, mitts, speed bag...you can throw a combination and then block/bob n weave or just keep going

anybody heard of this or tried it yet? im lovin it :fing02:

This was a staple of Kostya Tszyu's workout...been around awhile. Great pickup!

Any link for their website? We don't have this in our gym but I might get one for myself if my trainer approves of it.

What term did you search for? Can you post some pics and let us know what kind of material is used when you receive it.

ill put some pictures up tomorrow but you can also google it the thing is called reballdo. its basically just a soft ball attached to a string which is attached to your head (you can just use a generic head band)

I'm assuming an elastic string (where to find that?), a tennis ball, and something strong enough to not fly of your head when u punch the ball (perhaps tied to the rear strap in an adjustable hat?). Question, how is the string attached to the ball Bully?

also im not sure if i would use a tennis ball, you might get sore knuckles pretty quick but if you have stronger knuckles you can give it a shot. as you can see this isnt too complicated :)

i got the green one, those are the same. in about a week or so i might go for the yellow one or even the orange one those are smaller/quicker but i gotta find them online first :guilty:

it's really good pick up. i saw this first in Kostya Tszyu's workout. very nice exercise, good also as warm-up or cooling down. check boxing-4-fitness.com
