My buddy got it last night and he waited in line for 30 minutes for it. I played a couple of games with my Lions and the game is pretty tight. They ****ed it up a bit though and changed a couple of things.

The passervision thing sucks and should be turned off every time.

They also switched two of the buttons on defense which makes it weird for me. I was always used to "O" being sprint and "X" being change player. They flip-flopped those two buttons and it throws my defensive game off a lot.

Otherwise the game is tight. Kevin Jones is a complete beast...so is Roy Williams.

I've only played 5 times online and every time I've played I was scored on early and ended up making my opponent quit because I was up 21-28 points by the middle of the second quarter.

Theres no way to know how good people are at madden though. I've beaten my acquaintance/friend twice though, who has won a tournament here in Michigan in the Detroit area...I beat him 34-24 and 21-10. I was the Bills both times.

I can't bring myself to play Madden '06 yet, I'm still hooked on ESPN2K5 and i'm shocked that they got their rights taken away to make a 2006 version...oh well
