Something other than water?
Just bought today something called Ultima Replenisher from what I read is good stuff. No sugar tatses good too think it uses stevia as the sweetener.
People hate on it all the time, but I have fat free milk daily. I have it with protein shakes, cereal, and sometimes with dinner.

After words I've switched from protein shakes to chocolate milk. I read some articles that said chocolate milk is the perfect recovery drink, and it's cheaper than protein shakes.

I've switched from Isostar to water with vitamin C.

Electrolyte Stamina is good
Edurox is good as well
You should still be drinking water though

even though no one does this the colder the water the more your body has to warm it up before its processed
the closer to body temp the water is the faster it gets into your system

Water during training, Pro-Recover (basically protein and sugar) after.

Pedialyte, followed by water. I know it sounds funny but it works great. I live in the desert and it gets really hot, a lot of runners use it here.
