We had this discussion about a month or 2 ago, it's not that it's bad it just all had to do with their mental thinking towards the fight and sex kind of ruins it

yeah i found it. maybe less is better lol

most of us(i.e me)dont do it long enough to sap any energy :) but just in case if you do find you have to do it make sure youre lying down.
