Hands under your butt, legs six inches off the ground, and kick one two three one, one two three two, and so on. Also try good morning darlings. Hands under butt, legs six inches off the ground, and open legs one two three one, one two three two, and so on. If you do these everyday, you will build your lower abs, guaranteed. rocco1252 08-04-2005, 05:12 PM another great exercise for the lower abs is very similiar to the leg raises/ lifts that were mentioned before, first you need a partner....next lay on your back and hold onto your partners ankles with your head by his/her feet, lift your legs keeping them together and have your partner push them to the ground but stop them before they hit the ground, stop and hold them off the ground for about an inch or two then raise them back up to your partner and continue doing this until you can no longer do them. Also like it was said before make sure to run your ass off that is the best way to burn off fat! elveiel 08-04-2005, 05:26 PM leg raises Thats exactly what i was thinking, you cant beat leg raises for the lower abs. elveiel 08-04-2005, 05:29 PM Bicycle crunches-Lower Standard crunches-Top Standing twists-Middle Abs= 70% Diet 30% Exercise Bicycle crunches are good too, their probably better than leg raises if you havent got a bench. you can also change the pace on the bicycle crunches so its not as boring. leff 08-04-2005, 06:31 PM depends.......do you want strong abs ore do you want to be ripped and have a sicks-pack? riz 08-04-2005, 07:56 PM 6 pack lol... this is what i do every other day pushups as much as i can normal crunches cross crucnesh... like bicicyle crunches.. now leg raises then do it again twice then shadow box - 3 4 min rounds.... how does that sound>? maxpayne 08-04-2005, 10:20 PM pretty good plan but how about your diet what does it look like?u can do thousands of crunches but wont get a six pack without a proper diet. leff 08-05-2005, 08:34 AM 6 pack lol... this is what i do every other day pushups as much as i can normal crunches cross crucnesh... like bicicyle crunches.. now leg raises then do it again twice then shadow box - 3 4 min rounds.... how does that sound>? as i thought, having a sicks pack is about being ripped, clean diet and lots of cardio will help you a lot more getting a sickspack than sit upps. riz 08-06-2005, 08:47 PM ye i do jogging to, and my diet is much more healthy than a month ago. i have a nutrition thingy . u know the vegetables and fruits, and also dairy products, meat and alternatives u know that shit. i've been following that, one thing about that, does a home mad slice of pizza count as 1 grain serving???? riz 08-09-2005, 02:04 PM can sum1 answer that random guy 08-09-2005, 03:39 PM what do you mean?. vBulletin® v3.7.1, Copyright ©2000-2008, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
