i am very strict during the week but on the weekends i eat whatever i want

I keep it clean the whole week and usually let myself cheat either on saturday or sunday night and then it is only like a bowl of air popped popcorn with no butter or 99% fat free sherbert.....

But the more you cheat the most likely you will continue, the less cheating the better.
