I've been doing this exercise for weeks now,It works a lots of body parts shoulders,legs,biceps and also gives u more punching power.I hope u can benefit from this video too. (I've only been using 20kg weight ,10 on each side while he's switching it up in the video.

That's the kind of weight training people should be doing for boxing.

Multiple muscle groups involved, relatively low weight, and fast explosive movements.

this is a good find. it looks vicious when he pushes the weight out.

his body looks solid. i question why he doesn't use that right hand more after blistering fighters with that jab round after round.

Nice, thanks for that. Would be very interested to know what weight he was working with there.
