I believe there is tons of racism in america! I saw a play about the 1930s and how ITALIAN and IRISH immigrants came here and had to hide illegally and in the audience I saw all the white people crying and saying that is ****ed up when this one guy rated out this italian family! but these are the same people who HATE mexicans and blame them for sneaking in illegally, put a mexican family and not one tear will come out of the eyes of them, they will just say "That is what they deserve"!

As I've said before racism has existed in every recorded area of human living. I don't want to go as far as saying that racism is part of our nature but we all have the tendency to believe that we are superior to others in one way or the other. This should not be misinterpreted as an excuse for racist thoughts or acts. The intellectual potential of an "civilized" intelligent human being should be big enough to differentiate between a healthy self-or even racial-confidence and racism with all its logic faults and shortcomings.

By the way it might even be racist not to believe that every culture has their own racist tendencies.
