Steve Springer of the LA Times reports that based on the results of the latest urinalysis test of James Toney, the New York State Athletic Commission has declared him drug free and plan to lift his suspension on July 30.

Toney has been under suspension since testing positive for steroids following his unanimous decision victory over WBA heavyweight champion John Ruiz on April 30 in Madison Square Garden. The decision was reversed following the steroid findings and the title was given back to John Ruiz."

After King saw how easily Toney owned Ruiz, I wouldnt expect to see them fight again. Toney will call him out and Ruiz will ***** out by calling him a "juicehead" that doesnt deserve a shot.

Isnt April 30 to July 30 90 days anyway? His supension was 90 days.
