no vids
my cam is broke
ima get a new one soon

nyway

i spared this spanish white whatever he was
for the first time

well i was working with him
he was southpaw
so i foguth him orthodox
he didnt know what to do
i kept my foot on the outside and
kept the jab out
sometimes i pumped it 3 times slow
then shot it out twice fast

i dug in his body
to the point he was
swinging wild
i was picking him off with lead rights

but he was starting to clinch in the 2nd
alot

that **** had me tired

i sparred the 3rd round with
the best dude in our gym
i was kinda beat
but kept my cool

i was shootin the jab more than usual
and attacking his body
but i was too tired to realy
mount any offense

i havent been tired in 3 rounds in
along time

he as fresh
he jumped on me with attacks
i jsut countered him
and rolled with most of his punches
not many got through
thank god for my good defense

plus i was on orthodox my d is getting good
nto as good as my southpaw

i need to get my jab up to par with my south stance
nore is my footwork
but my pivoting and punching power is better

its jsut a work in progress you know
i feel im gettign much better
im seeign alot more in the ring than before
i feel im in controll even when it seems im not
it feels good

Are you planning to stick with 1 stance or mix it up? Since you already have experience with both if I was in your shoes I'd do it Tyson style, stick with 1 stance but walk normal in the ring without having to worry about approaching stance style and when you're hitting not to worry about if you're in the wrong stance, that was one of the great skills tyson was able to do

tyson did that cos opponents werent game enough to attack him agressively 2 offset his stance.

ah well, it was still a great tactic

ah well, it was still a great tactic

thats also how he lsot his fights
when holyfieldputrpessure on him he
could not really attack back because he was off balance

im working on fighting at both stances

when im fighting n a stance i stay there
i punch there thats the angles i give
its too dangerous to square up
plus i have more power and balance punching from my stances

i might switch up in the ring
to confuse opponents
and give them all new angles
