Pantera's former guitarist and current Damageplan guitarist Dimebag Darrel was shot and killed while on stage at their show yesterday!!! This is some scary ****! Here is a link to the story!!!

This is apparently true and just totally sucks... I really can't belive that this could happen at a concert! I'm just shocked! I loved Pantera and seen them live many times.

I dont know who that guy is, but a friend of mine was playing a DVD of Pantera one day at his house and was going off about how bad ass Dimebag Darell is, so I bet hes sad today.

Any time people are murdered their should be concern! I play guitar and as a fan of This guitarist and an avid concert goer and the way he was killed is something to take seriously! Many fans in the crowd were shot and injured too!!! Buy the looks of how many posts you have I think your dorky ass needs to buy a life!!!

Sickening that security wasn't tight enough for this tragedy to happen. Even more sickening are the people who made a joke about this tragedy....hopefully karma and --that's real karma doesn't pay you a visit for your lack of compassion for a fellow human being.

I happen to subscribe to the theory that says it is O.K. to try to find humor in anything that you are not immune to. As far as I know, I'm not exempt from the possibility of getting shot and killed. NONE of us are gonna get out of this life alive. Lighten the fuk up!

yeah, i'm saddened by the lengths that some people will go to to be famous, like killing Dimebag Darrell. Man, does this blow, Pantera was a big part of my mispent youth, i grew up in the early 90's so you know i listened to a lot of Pantera. When i was at house parties, everytime somebody played "Walk" on the stereo and turned it up loud, a fight would break out. all i can say is, Dime, you were a kickass guitarist and you'll be missed
