These situations are difficult, she probably has feelings still, they always do but most girl(in my experience) cut themselves off from that felling if they think that the break up was the right thing to do. Once you have broke up with a girl its difficult to get back with them because they get encouraged to move on by their peers, she's probably been encourage to find other men, etc.

There's different ways of overcoming this problem in future, but i say break their friendship. Its always best to get along with her friends but its you have to cause problems between them you should. play them off against each other, i've even had a 3-sum to play to girls off against each other, after we did it i just told my girl that i got the impression her friend wanted more than just a 3-sum, it all ended it tears for them. She was a bad person and thats why i did it. You have just gotta find a weakness in their friendship and exploit it without being caught.
