oldgringo 07-14-2005, 09:29 PM You gotta be crazy, you gotta have a real need
You gotta sleep on your toes, and when you're on the street
You gotta be able to pick out the easy meat with your eyes closed

Get out and enjoy the weather if you're bored. Mckay is a nutcase.
Wizard 07-14-2005, 09:36 PM It makes sense for me to post here because your mostly americans but don't continuosly throw a bunch of nationalist garbage at me. Black people, latino and other ethnicities(<spelling?) post here, I like that. I'm half spanish but I'm pretty much white and grew up with white people. When I went to disney land as a kid I stared at the black people. Ofcourse I'm older and have travelled so I'm not so sheltered anymore, but I still like to converse with people of another race. This all makes sense to me.
Wizard 07-14-2005, 09:41 PM WHat the ****!!! why did it not show the rest of my post?
ANyway, continuation of last post...................
..........post here, I grew up in a small town with little to no other races, when I went to Disney land as a kid I stared at the black people because I rarely if ever saw them in real life. I was like " hey mom, look how dark that guy is", it was all innocent don't worry. I've travelled so that's not a problem anymore but non the less I like to mix it up. This makes sense to me.

yup.
You have to be trusted by the people that you lie to
So that when they turn their backs on you
You'll get the chance to put the knife in.
Muaa ha ha!!

maybe i made a mistake in naming this thread. the title should read "chito doesn't know how to enjoy the fun" or "chito is too tight to have fun."
i guess that answers it all, i am the only one who feels like this eh?
jack_the_rippuh 07-14-2005, 10:30 PM Nothing makes sense to me anymore. When it's not fight time this site is as slow as a turtle and when there is a fight, this site gets to filled up.

LOL, that's what I keep telling my son...he wants to play video games all day. He's limited to two hours a day.

That's a good 'effin idea. It keeps the kids in shape, and more importantly it saves you money by making the video game last longer, which in turn makes him not ask for a new one so quick.
When I have a kid, I might have to try that..
I'll like to try other things with my kids as well.... :luvbed:

My son has a history of bad behavior after too many hours on the games, video and computer. It's as if he's going thru withdrawls. He does end up with better grades and a better attitude with limited time. He also suffers from a TBI, so it's harder fro him to keep his anger under control....it's hard work, but he's worth it...I think. :p

what is TBI?
nance 07-14-2005, 11:47 PM what is TBI?
TBI = Traumatic Brain Injury
He thought he was Superman when he was four. Landed nose first onto a bookcase.
4 stitches
One hell of a headache...for me as well as him. ;)

ah ok sorry to hear that. i have a 1 1/2 kid and he's hyperactive, too (i think most kids i know are like that) he likes to throw stuffs esp. if it's round shape. parenting is a very hard job to me since i don't usually like kids when i was still a bachelor. but now im beginning to appreciate them (thanks to my 1 1/2 year old son!)

LOL...they do worm their way into your heart, don't they?
If he's throwing round things, get him a wiffle ball and let him have at it, but outside. ;)

i'll buy this stuffs when i see one. the only problem is if my kid sees this he'll throw this in that basketball ring that i made for him or if he's pissed maybe throw this at his nanny's face. at age 1 (and a half), he doesn't understand this well enough.

count your blessings i thought i was superman more than once, good thing i have a tick head or i would be damaged (more than what i already im)
see i never used a helmet ridding my bike so i splitted it open three times landed in the bike stand so it went inside my arm pit, and finally two years ago i crased in motorized scooter which ended up in 7 stiched in the lip and some badass road rash. funny thing my grandfather told my dad he was lucky i only did that cause my dad did much worse, when i asked my dad he was like "you dont want to know"

That's terrible. I have a cousin who got hit by a truck and suffered a TBI. I couldn't imagine that happening to my own child.

It's been tough, but getting it diagnosed properly is half the battle. He's being helped now. Fortunately, he wasn't hurt that bad, but enough to change his personality.
My daughter was in a car accident last Oct. and suffered a mild concussion. She's not quite the same either, but not near as bad as her brother.
This was my son a couple of days after his accident. I took the pic originally for my FIL, who wanted to see what had happened. (he lives in another state)

That's why I recommended the wiffle ball. Can't do much damage. They hurt a lot less than a baseball...lol. Lightweight too.
"Worm their way" meaning that when you don't expect to love someone that much. You don't really expect to care that much for someone, but they have a way of sneaking around all the barriers of your heart to show you what love is. And you'll do anything to raise 'em right and protect them. Parenting is the hardest job, but the most rewarding.
