you don't look like someone with 12 wins .. you don't look like someone with 5 wins.

learn to throw a left hook properly, you're going to **** up your arm for life is one of those lands funny with your elbow whipping around like that.

he clearly stated that it was after summer rest so you take some time of training and don't do nothing and get back to it youll see the difficulty that it is

learn to jab

if your right shoulder moves when your throwing the left you arnt jabbing.

what your throwing is a left straight which is ok but if you do it when your not supposed to you telegraph the punch. like if your just in your stance and you throw a left straight thats bad but if say you were to slip a punch over your right shoulder and threw a left as you return to being a wedge that would be good or if you throw a left straight after a right straight that would be good but you cant throw a right straight then a 2 left straights you should throw a right straight then a left straight then a jab.

get it?

Actually you do get the jab right a few times when your on the bag, id just work on it.

summer rest = 4 weeks

4 weeks really shouldn't put a dent in any ones skills only their endurance, speed, and power.

A break for summer isn't going to cause your left hook to go out the door completely. His left hook is terrible, look at how he angles his elbow every time he throws it.. he's going to either break or sprain something very badly if it lands incorrectly.

I wish we could see your power. You tend to square up too much and your footwork needs work. You should post some of your fights. I hope that's not your trainer. Come to the U.S., I will make better, stronger, faster.

I can say you're a good boxer but look a little bit green. Turn your punches more and work on your jab, a stiff jab is very useful.
Keep going and post more videos: fights and sparring.

im surprised no1 noticed yet how you dont keep your guard up. Its non existant.

Guy mentioning your left hook is right you'll injure your elbow or even your wrist..

Also noticed on the bag that your body punches had no power and left you completely open.
